New poll shows Ted Cruz way ahead in Utah

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) is sitting pretty in Utah ahead of the state's Tuesday caucuses, according to a Y2 Analytics poll out Saturday.

The senator snagged support from 53 percent of the likely Republican caucus-goers surveyed. Gov. John Kasich (R-Ohio) came in second with 29 percent, while national frontrunner Donald Trump notched just 11 percent.
