A Louisiana reporter was taken away in handcuffs for trying to obtain records about a mayor's salary increase. Chris Nakamoto of WBRZ was charged with trespassing at White Castle City Hall while pursuing his public-records request into Mayor Jermarr Williams' 20 percent pay raise. "This is what the residents of White Castle deal with," Nakamoto said.
