Donald Trump handily wins New York Republican primary

Donald Trump was projected the winner of the Republican primary in his home state of New York right after the polls closed on Tuesday. With 99 percent of precincts reporting, Trump has 60.5 percent of the vote, versus 25 percent for Ohio Gov. John Kasich and 14.5 percent for Sen. Ted Cruz. Trump is expected to win most or all of New York's 95 delegates.
