Donald Trump was quick to dismiss Sen. Ted Cruz and Ohio Gov. John Kasich's plan to unite against him to ensure he doesn't win the nomination as a "horrible act of desperation."
"It is sad that two grown politicians have to collude against one person who has only been a politician for 10 months in order to try and stop that person from getting the Republican nomination," the Republican presidential frontrunner said in a statement.
This "collusion," Trump says, is yet another example of Washington's corruption that just makes him all the more determined to win, "for the good of the Republican Party and our country."
