Donald Trump presented his foreign policy goals in a formal address on Wednesday, which some dubbed "non-interventionist" while others, such as Paul Waldman writing for The Week, called it a kind of frightening "fantasism."
Whatever label you give it, though, Trump was not putting any pacifists' minds at ease on Thursday when he told Today he didn't want to "rule out" using nuclear weapons against ISIS:
"I will be the last to use it. I will not be a happy trigger like some people might be. I will be the last. But I will never, ever rule it out," Trump said.
