"Just think of all the fun you'll have" inviting your friends over for a BBQ, then revealing that their dinner is being cooked in the Po' Man Charcoal Grill ($115), says David Ponce at OhGizmo.com. Though it looks like a regular trash can, the Po' Man is outfitted to barbecue a feast's worth of meats. Inside sit a charcoal box, a drip plate, a round grate, and a skewer stand. The can itself is made of rolled steel coated in durable heatresistant paint. Side holes near the bottom let in all the air the fire needs. It's not as showy a grill as the neighbors have, but — as its maker promises — it delivers "more value, more flavor, more capacity, and less fancy-pants."
