It has been posited before that Gov. Chris Christie is being held hostage by Donald Trump — as evidence, just look at the strangled expression he wears in the background of Trump's rallies. Definitely there against his will, right?
It seems, in fact, that the humiliation of the New Jersey governor has no ends:
Governor Chris Christie, of New Jersey, another of Trump's opponents early in the campaign, has transformed himself into a sort of manservant, who is constantly with Trump at events. (One Republican told me that a friend of his on the Trump campaign used Snapchat to send him a video of Christie fetching Trump's McDonald's order.) [The New Yorker]
