Hillary Clinton has double-digit lead over Donald Trump in national poll

A new Bloomberg Politics poll has Hillary Clinton with a 12-point lead nationally over Donald Trump.
The poll shows the presumptive Democratic nominee leading the presumptive Republican nominee 49 percent to 37 percent among likely voters in November's general election, with Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson way behind at 9 percent. "Clinton has a number of advantages in this poll, in addition to her lead," said pollster J. Ann Selzer, who oversaw the survey. "Her supporters are more enthusiastic than Trump's and more voters overall see her becoming a more appealing candidate than say that for Trump."
When it comes to the candidates people don't support, 55 percent of those polled said they could never vote for Trump, and 43 percent said the same for Clinton. The poll, conducted by phone, interviewed 1,000 adults, including 750 likely voters, and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.6 percentage points on questions involving likely voters and 3.1 percentage points for questions asked of all adults.
