Much has been made of the Hillary Clinton nod. Bobbleheads, for one. But The New Yorker even alleged in 2000 that the former first lady, in a show of active listening, "tried to elevate nodding into a kind of political philosophy."
Clinton has not relinquished her bouncy-headed ways, either. During Bernie Sanders' endorsement speech Tuesday, she made a show of dipping her head in order to emphasize all their points of agreement. And because the former rivals are apparently on the same page now, that meant a lot of nods! 406 nods, to be exact. Yes, Bloomberg counted:
You try nodding for six minutes — you might just gain a whole new appreciation for Clinton's neck muscles.
