GOP national security adviser lays waste to Donald Trump's nuclear weapons comments

MSNBC's Joe Scarborough reported Wednesday that during a foreign policy briefing, Donald Trump allegedly asked an expert three times in an hour, "Why can't we use nuclear weapons?" John Noonan, who did national security for Jeb Bush and Mitt Romney — and worked in the bunkers in Wyoming — explained why he thought that was so terrifying:
