Donald Trump says Hillary Clinton should disarm her personal guards and 'see what happens to her'
If Democrat Hillary Clinton likes gun control so much, she should practice it in her personal life, Republican Donald Trump argued while speaking at a campaign rally in Florida Friday evening.
"I think that her bodyguards should drop all weapons. They should disarm. Right? I think they should disarm immediately," he said. "Take their guns away. She doesn't want guns — let's see what happens to her. Take their guns away, OK? It'd be very dangerous."
The Clinton campaign responded by saying Trump's remarks prove he is unfit for the presidency. Unfazed, Trump reiterated his point on Twitter early Saturday morning, tweeting, "Crooked Hillary wants to take your 2nd Amendment rights away. Will guns be taken from her heavily armed Secret Service detail? Maybe not!"
