Donald Trump is apparently taking a ride on a roller coaster of emotions following the vice-presidential debate, where Mike Pence did so well that many Republicans say they wish he was the nominee instead. Of course, that didn't sit well with Trump, who reportedly does not appreciate being bested at his own game (arguing) by Pence.

Never mind all that, though, because Trump has figured out a way to turn things around for himself. At a rally in Reno, Nevada, on Wednesday, NBC's Ali Vitali reports that Trump bragged Pence did an "incredible" job at the debate. "And I'm getting a lot of credit because that's really my first so-called choice, that was my first hire," Trump said.
