Trump slams Paul Ryan for jumping ship by bragging he won 'every' post-debate poll

Hillary Clinton has accused Donald Trump of living in an "alternate reality" in her attacks against him, and it appears she might be onto something:
Since Monday, Trump has repeatedly lashed out at House Speaker Paul Ryan for withdrawing support from the campaign. Still, that doesn't make what Trump said true; he did not win the debate in "every poll." In fact, he lost it according to the professionally-conducted CNN/ORC poll, Politico/Morning Consult poll, and YouGov poll, to name a few.
Nevertheless, following the second presidential debate Trump bragged about his wins in unscientific online polls such as a Breitbart poll that showed him victorious in the debate by a margin of 90 to 10:
