Donald Trump is not always the most eloquent speaker (remember cyber?) but if anyone is going to translate what he's saying, it absolutely won't be Hillary Clinton.
During the final presidential debate, Trump explained that "we are going to start the engine rolling again, because right now our country is dying. One percent GDP."
