There is a giant party being thrown at the intersection of President and Clinton streets in Brooklyn tonight

If Hillary Clinton wins the election, then documentary film editor Amanda Zinoman might have the best party location in the entire country. And no, it's not Manhattan's Javits Center, where Clinton is throwing her own party. It's another New York City location — the serendipitous intersection of Clinton and President streets in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.

"We wanted President and Union but there's a polling place there so we couldn't do it." Zinoman told Gothamist.

The block where Clinton Street and President Street intersect will be closed between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. local time, and there will be a projector and sound system, all approved by the New York Police Department. So far, more than 500 people have marked that they will be attending on Facebook.

"It's time for a woman," Zinoman said. "Enough already. I just think it will be a better government with more women in it."
