Donald Trump is the projected winner of Pennsylvania, according to The Associated Press and The New York Times, notching a narrow win and huge upset over Hillary Clinton. With 99 percent of the vote counted, Trump has a 48.8 percent to 47.6 percent lead. If confirmed, this would essentially close out Clinton's path to victory. Peter Weber
