Clinton projected to win California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington state


Hillary Clinton is projected to sweep the Western states of California, Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii, giving her a combined total of 78 more electoral college votes. All four states are deep blue, and were expected to vote Democratic.
