Dozens injured, at least 12 dead after truck plows into Christmas market in Berlin
A truck drove into a crowd gathered at a Christmas market in Berlin on Monday, killing at least 12 people, German police have confirmed. At least 50 more were injured in the attack.
German police have said the attack appears to have been deliberate. It is not yet clear who is responsible, but a suspect, believed to be the driver, has been arrested.
The market is located in central Berlin's main shopping district. Becca Stanek
