Glee actor Mark Salling dies at 35
Actor Mark Salling has died by suicide, the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office confirmed Tuesday. He was 35.
The Glee actor's body was found Tuesday morning by a riverbed near his home in Sunland, California. He was out on bail after pleading guilty in December to possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent minor. His sentencing was set for March 7.
Court documents say an ex-girlfriend told authorities about the child pornography, and police found more than 50,000 images on his computer and a thumb drive. Salling was facing four to seven years in prison, and upon release would have had to register as a sex offender.
