LeBron James is headed to the Los Angeles Lakers, with his management firm confirming on Sunday night that the basketball superstar signed a four-year, $154 million contract with the team.
James, a four-time NBA MVP, three-time NBA finals MVP, 14-time NBA All Star, and two-time Olympic gold medalist, is leaving behind his hometown team, the Cleveland Cavaliers. On Instagram, the 33-year-old thanked "Northeast Ohio for an incredible 4 seasons. This will always be home."
