LeBron James is already fitting right in to the Los Angeles entertainment scene.
Just a week after James opened a fully funded school in his Ohio hometown, CBS announced that it has ordered a competition TV series from the newly minted Los Angeles Laker. Million Dollar Mile challenges contestants to run a mile-long obstacle course while elite athletes try to block their path, per Variety. Conquer all that, and contestants receive — you guessed it — $1 million.
CBS has ordered 10 episodes of the series, which James will executive produce alongside Big Brother producers Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan. James is also busy with the Showtime documentary series Shut Up and Dribble, which was announced Monday. He'll executive produce the three-part series, which explores how NBA athletes tackle politics.

That should keep James busy when he's not carrying a whole team on his back.
