Sabrina gets a makeover in the first trailer for Netflix's Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
Say goodbye to the sweet, innocent Sabrina of the '90s, because she's officially been replaced.
Netflix released the first trailer for its original series, Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, on Wednesday. The eerie teaser doesn't reveal many specifics about the show, which stars Kiernan Shipka as the titular teenage witch Sabrina and Ross Lynch as Harvey, her beau. But with all the fire, darkness, blood, seances, devilish horned creatures, and — of course — witches, it's clear there's quite enough wickedness afoot.
The highly anticipated reboot comes from the producers of Riverdale and also stars Jaz Sinclair, Lucy Davis, and Miranda Otto. The series is inspired by Rosemary's Baby and The Exorcist, reports ET Online, with Netflix referring to it as a "dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, occult, and, of course, witchcraft."
