Democrats flipped Iowa's 1st Congressional District, putting them one seat closer to a majority in the House, NBC News and CBS News project. Abby Finkenauer, a 29-year-old state representative, beat Rep. Rod Blum (R) in a district President Trump won by 4 percentage points in 2016. But Blum was considered one of the most vulnerable House Republicans, and Finkenauer was considered a strong recruit. Peter Weber
