One Republican member of Congress is absolutely livid about President Trump's decision to mock members of his party who lost in the midterms.
During a press conference Wednesday, Trump read through a list of Republicans who he said lost their election races Tuesday because they didn't align themselves closely enough to him. This included several members of Congress, including Rep. Mia Love (R-Utah), although her race has not actually been called yet. Rep. Ryan Costello (R-Pa.) who did not seek re-election this year, called this approach "disgusting" and said it "angers me to my core."
The Republicans Trump named, Costello suggested, had to spend the past two years having "filth spewed" at them because of Trump and have had to hold back while disagreeing with him on "principle and civility," and ultimately, his criticism was the reason they lost.

Costello has criticized Trump in the past, such as when he said that Trump calling adult film actress Stormy Daniels "horseface" was "unbecoming of any man." The GOP congressman announced earlier this year he would be leaving Congress because of the current "political environment."
