Kelly is expected to resign "in the coming days," his relationship with President Trump having deteriorated to the point where the two "have stopped speaking," CNN reports. Trump is "actively discussing" a plan for replacing Kelly, the report also stated. Axios previously reported that it is widely believed inside the West Wing that Kelly's departure is "imminent."
