Pelosi calls Barr's summary of Mueller's report 'condescending' and 'arrogant'
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Thursday denounced Attorney General William Barr's four-page letter summarizing Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report, saying that providing only his interpretation was the wrong choice.
In his letter delivered to Congress on Sunday, Barr wrote that Mueller's report "did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interfere activities" and "did not draw a conclusion" on obstruction of justice. The full report must be made public, Pelosi said, and soon.
"I have said, and I'll say again, no thank you, Mr. Attorney General, we do not need your interpretation. Show us the report, and we can draw our own conclusions," she said. "We don't need you interpreting for us. It was condescending; it was arrogant; and it wasn't the right thing to do. So, the sooner they can give us the information, the sooner we can all make a judgment about it."

Barr has said he will release what he can from the report, and Mueller will help remove grand jury material that needs to remain secret.
