Justin Bieber says he'll release a new album if he gets 20 million Instagram likes


Big news for all you true Beliebers: Pop star Justin Bieber has teased the possibility that he'll release a new album before Christmas.
But there's a catch: The Biebs told fans he's "gotta see the demand," requesting 20 million likes on an Instagram post to "make [him] move faster." (Alas, the post has a mere 8 million likes so far.)
