Christian Bale is apparently ready to star in another comic book movie — but not the one you might expect.
Bale played Batman in Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy, and he's now in talks to join the cast of Marvel's Thor: Love and Thunder, Collider reports. Chris Hemsworth and Natalie Portman will star in the flick — set to open on Nov. 5, 2021 — with Taika Waititi directing.
The studio wouldn't comment on this possible addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and the role Bale could play in the movie is being kept a closely-guarded secret.
