President Barack Obama won 60 percent of the millennial vote in 2012, compared to only 36 percent for Republican Mitt Romney. In an "autopsy" after the election, the Republican National Committee lamented being known as the party of "stuffy old men" and resolved to attract younger voters.
One Republican who seems to have gotten the message: former President George W. Bush. Yes, the 43rd president of the United States is now on Instagram — and he's not the only Republican documenting his life through a Valencia filter.
