The campaign trail has been a bit bumpy lately for Jeb Bush. Once considered the frontrunner and favorite for the GOP nomination, the establishment pick has been hurt by the ascendance of outsiders like Donald Trump and Ben Carson, to the point where Fox News' Megyn Kelly is wondering when Bush might throw in the towel. (The last time this happened, the candidate dropped out of the race the next week.)
