A grand jury in Waller County, Texas, has decided not to indict anyone in connection with the death of Sandra Bland, a black woman found dead inside her Texas jail cell over the summer.

The prosecutor said that in January, the grand jury will reconvene to determine if there should be any charges stemming from her arrest, which was caught on camera. Bland was pulled over for a traffic stop, and a confrontation broke out between Bland and the police officer. She was arrested, and three days later, found dead in her cell. Investigators said she hanged herself, but her family asked for an independent autopsy.
