Former Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina announced her endorsement of Ted Cruz on Wednesday, following major wins for Donald Trump in Michigan and Mississippi Tuesday evening. "It is time to unite behind the one candidate who can beat Donald Trump, who can beat Hillary Clinton, who can beat the D.C. cartel," Fiorina told supporters.

The former CEO of Hewlett-Packard, Fiorina had prided herself during her own presidential run as being a non-establishment candidate before eventually dropping out in early February. "I saw my own name on the ballot — it was kind of a thrill," Fiorina said of voting in the Virginia primary. "But then I checked the box for Ted Cruz." Jeva Lange
