Vice President Joe Biden couldn't keep a straight face when he heard Donald Trump's latest claim. As ABC's Good Morning America host George Stephanopoulos played a clip of the presumptive GOP nominee calling himself the "law and order candidate," the Democratic vice president just burst out laughing.

"Is that your response, a laugh?" Stephanopoulos asked Biden. The vice president chuckled again before regaining his composure. "I'd rather not make this story about Donald Trump, so I'm going to restrain myself," Biden said. "But the truth of the matter is that one of the problems we've had is getting funding for law enforcement from his party, and maybe he'll come forward and be supportive of more support for community policing."
