Donald Trump announced on Twitter Monday evening that he will announce his choice for secretary of state on Tuesday.

Fox News, citing unnamed sources close to the transition, reported Monday night that Trump plans to tap ExxonMobil Corp. CEO Rex Tillerson for the job. There has already been pushback from Republicans like Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), who on Sunday tweeted that "being a 'friend of Vladimir' is not an attribute" he was "hoping for from a secretary of state." In 2012, Tillerson received Russia's Order of Friendship award.
