Tourist steals dollar bills off pub's wall
A Michigan man who was vacationing in Florida has been charged with stealing 43 dollar bills off a pub’s wall. Like many small bars and restaurants, McGuire’s Irish Pub in Destin taped up dollars from its first customers—a practice that caught the eye of the unnamed tourist. After a manager allegedly saw the man pulling the bills off the wall, a security guard confronted him. The tourist handed over a few dollars from a back pocket, saying he had taken them as “souvenirs for friends back home.” The guard then searched the man’s pockets, and found two additional wads of single-dollar bills.

Barbra Streisand and her gay son are feuding after she demanded he settle down and produce a grandchild, says the National Enquirer. Jason Gould, 45, Streisand’s son with former husband Elliott Gould, is known in New York City’s gay community as “quite a Romeo,” sources tell the newspaper. About a year ago, she told him she wanted him “to fall in love with a nice boy and settle down,” and have a child through adoption or a surrogate mother. Gould told her his lifestyle was not her business, leading to a major falling-out. “Barbra is almost 70 and she wants a grandchild,” the source said. “She’s upset with Jason for denying her that pleasure.”
