Gossip: Demi Moore
A tape of the 911 call placed just before Moore’s hospitalization was released last Friday.
A tape of the 911 call placed prior to Demi Moore’s hospitalization was altered to remove references to drugs, said TMZ.com. The tape, released last Friday, features the voices of three women and one man, all unidentified. “She smoked something. It’s not marijuana, but it’s similar to it,” says one female caller. “She seems to be having convulsions of some sort.” At another point, one of the callers suggests that Moore was doing Whip-Its—canisters of nitrous oxide inhaled to get high—but the references were redacted by the Los Angeles city attorney’s office, which cited concern for the actress’s privacy.
