Gossip: Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore
Will Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore split up?
Rumors of a split between Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore reached a fever pitch this week, following a report alleging that Kutcher cheated on Moore with a 23-year-old woman he met at a party the night of the couple’s sixth wedding anniversary. The woman, Sara Leal, is threatening to go public with her story, said the New York Post. “Sara is talking to multiple media outlets for a deal,” a source tells the newspaper. “She wants $250,000, but what she really wants is a payoff from Ashton.”
Neither star is talking publicly, though Moore’s Twitter posts have hinted at marital turbulence: “When we are offended at any man’s fault, turn to yourself & study your own failings. Then you will forget your anger,” she recently wrote. Kutcher, a Twitter regular, tweeted some vague denials, including a link to the song, “Don’t Believe the Hype.’’ Over the weekend, the couple met on the neutral ground of L.A.’s Kabbalah Center to work on reconciliation, but left separately. “They definitely seemed tense,” a source said.
