Gossip: Arnold Schwarzenegger
The actor and former California governor has been commissioning gargantuan bronze statues of himself to be displayed around the world.
Arnold Schwarzenegger is giving himself the hero treatment, said the New York Daily News. The actor and former California governor, who was recently shamed by revelations that he fathered a child with his housekeeper, has been repairing his ego by commissioning gargantuan bronze statues of himself, to be displayed around the world. The first of the 8-foot-tall, 580-pound statues, depicting Schwarzenegger during his bodybuilding days, was recently shipped to his hometown of Thal, Austria. Sculptor Tim Parks says Schwarzenegger has talked about casting as many as seven of the effigies: “He definitely wants one for himself.”
