The best apps for happy pregnancies
Among these apps is one for sharing your fetus's heartbeat with friends through e-mail and social-networking sites.
Luv Dub is an iPhone app that lets an expectant mom share the fetus’s heartbeat with friends through e-mail and social-networking sites. In fact, it’s set up so that video and audio from every sonogram visit can be recorded and shared.
Baby Bump helps track the prenatal development of a baby and describes common symptoms the mother may be feeling. Use it to track doctors’ appointments or store pregnancy photos. (iPhone or Android)
Contraction Master features a timer to help couples monitor labor contractions. A similar app, Contraction Tracker USA, adds an alert—“for when you should go to the hospital.” (Apple devices only)
