The former California governor, 63, is refiling his divorce papers after he initially sought to contest Shriver’s request for spousal support and legal fees. Schwarzenegger had reportedly signed the original documents without reading them, as the family dealt with a crisis when son Christopher, 13, suffered a boogie board accident that sent him to the intensive-care unit. Despite the rift, sources say the couple are planning to split their estimated $400 million fortune equally.
