Police recall high school year book
Police have classified a California high school yearbook as child pornography. The Big Bear High School yearbook includes a photo taken at a dance, in which a 17-year-old boy can be seen groping a 15-year-old girl. Even though the couple is “not the intended focus of the photograph,” police said, it depicts sexual activity by a minor. Police ordered all copies of the yearbook recalled, warning that possession could lead to prosecution.
