Airport workers in Arkansas opened a mislabeled package and discovered about 60 severed human heads, duct-taped into plastic containers. Police determined that the heads were being shipped to a medical company in Texas that uses them in experiments. Other macaques joined in the attack, scratching and biting Darwell until she lost consciousness. Darwell recovered—physically, at least—in a local hospital.
