Rafting guide charged with obstruction for saving 13-year-old
A Colorado rafting guide was charged with “obstructing government operations” after he dove into a river to rescue a 13-year-old girl. Police say Ryan Snodgrass, 28, disobeyed a direct order from officers when he swam through rushing rapids to help the girl, who’d fallen out of a raft. “It’s not about who’s in charge,” said rafting company owner Duke Bradford. “It’s about the safety of a 13-year-old girl.”
