Gossip: Tiger Woods
Tiger Woods is taking an indefinite leave from golf to repair the damage caused by his multiple infidelities, but the damage is piling up.
Tiger Woods announced last week that he was taking an indefinite leave from golf to “do my best to try’’ to repair the damage caused by his multiple infidelities, but the damage is piling up. Consulting firm Accenture became the first high-profile sponsor to drop him, ending a six-year deal that paid him $7 million per year. AT&T and Gillette also announced that they were pulling ads featuring Woods. Meanwhile, Woods’ wife, Elin Nordegren, was photographed over the weekend not wearing her wedding ring, amid reports that she and Tiger are now living apart. She’s told him to see a therapist to get help, says the New York Post, but is talking to divorce lawyers about her options.
