sites to file complaints

Fcc.gov, the site of the Federal Communications Commission, is your best bet for problems with phone and TV providers. You can report cases of broadcast obscenity, annoying telemarketers, or illegal practices by telephone carriers.

Tsa.gov, the home page for the Transportation Security Administration, answers questions and registers concerns for air travelers and passengers on other forms of transit.

Ic3.gov, the Internet crime complaint center, will refer your case to the proper authority. The site, which has partnered with the FBI, serves as a clearinghouse for complaints regarding intellectual property rights, hacking, corporate espionage, online extortion, money laundering, and identity theft.

Foodsafety.gov helps direct your complaints about restaurants, food-borne illnesses, and ground, drinking, or bottled water to the correct governmental organization.
