Woman used date-rape drug

Selina Hakki this week became the first woman to be jailed for using the powerful knockout drug Rohypnol on men. Rohypnol is known as the “date-rape drug” because rapists have used it to spike women’s drinks, rendering them unconscious. Hakki, 37, had a different motive: She would pick up rich men at bars, go back to their homes, and then dose them with Rohypnol. When they woke up, they would find her gone—along with their cash and valuables. Hakki was sentenced to five years for robbing two men. At least six other victims were too embarrassed to press charges.
