Moscow
The Russian government has now made recent deals with all three members of George Bush’s “axis of evil.” Earlier this summer, the Kremlin promised more aid for the construction of a nuclear reactor in Iran, and concluded a trade agreement reportedly worth $50 billion with Iraq. And just last week, President Vladimir Putin held a private talk with dictator Kim Jong Il about expanding business ties with North Korea. Rogue states are often willing to buy badly made wares from Russia because they can’t buy from anyone else.
