A Los Angeles judge this week removed Britney Spears’ two young sons from her custody and entrusted them, until further notice, to their father, Kevin Federline. Judge Scott Gordon acted because Spears completely ignored several instructions he gave her two weeks ago, when he concluded that Spears was a “habitual, frequent, and continuous” user of “controlled substances and alcohol.” Spears never showed up for drug testing or meetings with a drug counselor and never enrolled in parenting classes, said TMZ.com. Gordon was also furious that Spears, who lost her driver’s license, was photographed last weekend driving her kids around Malibu.
