1. Crystal Cruises perks
Through Sept. 30, travelers who book select voyages with Crystal Cruises will enjoy a choice of a $400 fare discount, $500 air travel credit, or $600 shipboard credit. Voyages start at $2,000 per person, double occupancy.

2. Free national parks
For a few days every fall, the National Park Service will waive admission fees at national parks, monuments, and beaches. The next free days are Sept. 30 (National Public Lands Day) and Nov. 11–12. Savings range from $3 to $30.
3. Southwest savings
Southwest Airlines is discounting select nonstop flights with departures between Sept. 26 and March 7. One-way fare from Austin to Chicago, for example, starts at $94. Book by Sept. 21; a 21-day advance purchase is required.
