1. Machine Gun Kelly explains why he smashed a champagne glass on his head
Machine Gun Kelly recently smashed a champagne glass on his own head, leading him to "start bleeding profusely," according to Page Six — but don't worry, he's got a perfectly logical explanation. Speaking with Seth Meyers, the rapper discussed the bloody incident, which took place at a restaurant where he was celebrating after a Madison Square Garden show. "You know when you clink a champagne glass with a fork to get people's attention? Yeah, I didn't have a fork," said Kelly, who, as a reminder, was at a restaurant. "So I just clinked it on my head." Oh, yeah, sorry, that makes total sense! Kelly's explanation was met with a mix of silence and awkward laughter from the Late Night studio audience, and Meyers joked, "In medicine, they call that asking for it." Meyers neglected to ask Kelly whether he saved the blood for Megan Fox to drink.
2. Lena Headey sued by former agency over cut 'Thor' role
Lena Headey's former agency wants to shame, shame, shame her in court. The Game of Thrones star is being sued for $1.5 million by former agency Troika over unpaid commission fees, Variety reports. The fees are reportedly tied to a number of projects, including Thor: Love and Thunder, and Troika claims she owes them at least $500,000 for her earnings on that upcoming Marvel movie. The agency also claims she owes them $300,000 in connection with her work on the movie 9 Bullets and another $650,000 over the Showtime series Rita. But the Thor bit was pretty surprising considering Headey isn't actually in Love and Thunder, so this report is how we're finding out she was apparently cut from the movie. When you play the game of Marvel cameos, you make it to theaters or your scene dies on the cutting room floor. There is no middle ground.

3. Tim Allen breaks silence on the Tim Allen-free 'Lightyear'
Tim Allen will try not to gloat too hard about the Lightyear disaster. Allen, the original voice of Buzz Lightyear, spoke with Extra about the Pixar spinoff that sees Chris Evans take over the lead role — or at least take on the role of the movie character the toy was based on. Some fans were annoyed Allen was recast, but he said he's "stayed out of this" because Lightyear has "nothing to do" with his character, and it was made by a team that had "nothing to do with the first movies." The Home Improvement star added that he was confused about why the film isn't a "big adventure story," and he wishes it had a "better connection" to the original character. After looking at those terrible box office numbers, Allen presumably had to restrain himself from simply asking Pixar, "Miss me yet?"
4. Tom Hiddleston and Zawe Ashton are having a baby
Tom Hiddleston is ready for a little Loki. The actor and fiancée Zawe Ashton are expecting their first child together, according to Page Six. Ashton showed off her baby bump on the red carpet of the premiere of her new film Mr. Malcolm's List on Wednesday. This will be the first child for both Hiddleston and Ashton, who got engaged earlier this year after they met starring as a married couple in Betrayal on Broadway; she was spotted wearing a diamond ring when they attended the British Academy Film Awards in March. The Loki star previously dated Taylor Swift, though he's been quite private about his relationships since then. Speaking to the Los Angeles Times about the engagement earlier this month, all he had to say was, "I'm very happy."

5. Elizabeth Olsen still hasn't seen 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness'
Please, nobody spoil Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness star Elizabeth Olsen on … Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. On The Tonight Show, the Scarlet Witch actress revealed she still hasn't seen the Marvel blockbuster that she has a major role in, nearly two months after it came out. Olsen explained she skipped the premiere because she had a cold, so she asked Disney to send her a copy — which they did, except it was a screener with her name plastered over the screen the entire time. "I didn't want to watch it like that," she said, adding, "It's distracting." Last month, Olsen admitted she's never met John Krasinski despite sharing a scene with him in the film, and it sure seemed like she's possibly not even aware that Krasinski has a cameo in the movie to this day since she never watched the finished product. "I'll watch the movie," Olsen said. "It's streaming, I heard."
